As part of your new hire orientation and onboarding, there are forms that you are required to review, print, complete and return to Human Resources. These forms can be found on the left side of this page. You may have completed these forms upon hire. However, marriage, divorce and the birth of a child are Life Events that may require updating this information, particularly your W-4.
